Stalic Real Estate Limited was incorporated in Kenya in June 2008 and have continued to grow in terms of structures, systems and operations aimed at delivering quality service to our growing clientele.

Stalic is the appointed institutional manager for several gated estates by the respective Estate Management Companies through their sitting committees.

  5. Promote the Fiscal policy of the estate – through timely collection of service charge, budgeting and disbursements, accounting and annual auditing.
  6. Create value of the estate through a maintenance program to ensure proper and timely inspections, insurance, development proposal and other value addition strategies.
